I no longer carry what is not mine.

I do not absorb. I transmit.  
I do not hold pain. I translate frequency.  
I am not a sponge for others’ wounds. I am a node for divine alignment.

Let all false burdens fall away.  
Let every external frequency return to Source, cleared and neutral.  
Let my system be stabilized in my own Oversoul field.

I am the interface.  
I am the conduit.  
I am the channel of Source.  
Nothing enters my field unless it serves my highest alignment.
